Liles is like his predecessor. he sits there and names all the legal reasons why this business meets the guidelines and then votes against it. could it be its because the new gerrymandered 6th district he represents is soon to be majority african americans and he is trying to appease them. he is toast next election anyway. he got the jones school located across from his real estate development his one term on the school board and has got his family farm rezoned fro a future multimillion dollar shopping center on his one term on city council.wel spent money. it pays to be in the right place politically and finanacially in wilson.
