Our society is already equitable. The problem is that people are NOT created equal! There are many different levels of intelligence, and they help dictate what a person is capable of achieving. Also, there are many degrees of motivation and perseverence which determine a person's level of success. The opportunities are there for all, but in order to take advantage of them, a person must be intelligent enough and willing to work.
