There are 12 precincts in Wilson County that encompass the 1st Congressional District. They include Gardners, Saratoga, Toisnot, and Precincts A,B,C,E,R,H,I,N and Q. This congressional district is represented by Rep. G.K. Butterfield and includes the counties of Beaufort, Bertie, Chowan, Craven, Edgecombe, Gates, Granville, Greene, Halifax, Hertford, Jones, Lenoir, Martin, Nash, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Pitt, Vance, Warren, Washington, Wayne and Wilson.
