Councilman Insults Constituents at Meeting

Any man who will publicly lie to and lie on the constituents of his district is a man who lies to himself. We, the citizens and residents of the 1st District are not deceived nor do we think of ourseleves more highly than we ought. However, when you cannot get the council representative to engage in the acitivities and affairs of his own district and is consistently gallivanting all over the city taking care of folks everywhere else but his District's concern, he is of no effective use to the district, the community and our issues. Conversation with him is always belittling or berating citizens in the community. The spirit of arrogance personally knows this man and it shows.
