Pathways to Power is Democracy-North Carolina's new leadership development program.
It is designed to invest resources to train and develop new leaders, as well as energize and sharpen the skills of seasoned advocates. We all benefit when people better understand the power they have and how to effectivley utilize it to affect change.
More than just a three-day training seminar, Pathways to Power offers people unique insight into how systems of power work in North Carolina as well as our local communities.
It also teaches how to maximize your ‘People Power’ for progressive change where it is you are and in the place you call home. "Pathways to Power" will benefit you personally and your community as a whole.
