2010 Public Power Policymakers Conference August 12-14, 2010

This year's conference focuses on local elected officials and policymakers and will include a variety of informational sessions to help officials better understand and operate their local electric utility. As you will see on the preliminary agenda, we will discuss several topics of interest, including economic development, issues management and the current political climate, and legislation affecting electric utilities. This informative event is being held at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort at Grande Dunes.

I see nobody has nothing to say about your Mayor going off to South Carolina having a funky good time off your hard earned cash you spent on your electric bills this past winter. And he didn't bother to say thank you either at the city council meeting Thursday night. Wilson folks are sick or just stupid. One or the other.

It is dispicable that this group continues to spend thousands of dollars on BEACH JUNKETS when bills are through the roof. Better get rid of a lot of local officials.
